The hotel had spacious rooms and great location in the heart of downtown. the breakfast included fresh fruit, meats, and hot dishes. the staff were friendly and willing to help.
The air conditioning in the rooms was not adequate and made it uncomfortable during the hot weather. the pool was small and not very inviting.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The central location made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The staff at this venue were extremely helpful and provided fast service. The room amenities were top-notch, including an ironing facility, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms allowed us to stay connected throughout our stay. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment options after a long day of exploring. The dining restaurant offered a delicious continental breakfast, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a relaxing evening.
We highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel has a good location in downtown near the Cathedral with restaurants and shopping malls within walking distance. the staff tried their best despite the language barrier and the breakfast had a variety of options. the swimming pool was small and did not offer much privacy.
The fitness center was not up to par for a modern hotel.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. the hotel facilities provided everything I needed for my stay. The location, near the cathedral, was very convenient and allowed me to easily explore the city.

The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with modern amenities. Its key location in the heart of downtown provides easy access to great local restaurants, several shopping malls, as well as a grocery store. The breakfast is very good with lots of fresh fruit, meats and cheeses, hot dishes, and juices.
The pool is small, and the wireless internet is slow and bad. the billing process seems complicated, and the staff needs to inform the guests of the need to charge the credit card beforehand.
